KANOPÉA Architecture / T3 a réalisé un Avant-Projet pour l’Institut Français de Ho Chi Minh Ville au Vietnam, qui devait offrir les services suivants: une école de langue française pour un public vietnamien, une médiathèque, une salle d’exposition pour les artistes en résidence, un restaurant, le tout dans un joli jardin Tropical protégé de la rue par une haute paroi vitrée phonique qui aurait fait de ce nouveau lieu une sorte de vitrine de la French Touch et de la French Culture avec une approche architecture bioclimatique! Le projet de KANOPÉA / T3 proposait bien évidemment de rénover la Villa existante de style indochinois en respectant les règles de l’art en matière de restauration du patrimoine (enduit, couverture, châssis de fenêtre, etc.), et prévoyait la reconversion d’usage des bâtiments existants des années 80 pour les rendre plus « sexy » et surtout plus efficaces thermiquement parlant avec une approche architecture bioclimatique! C’est à dire plus de confort pour les usagers et moins de charges pour l’état français!
