SUTRIX Media, une importante société d’informatiques basée au Vietnam, a demandé à KANOPEA ARCHITECTURE STUDIO / T3 de concevoir son nouveau siège social dans le centre de Ho Chi Minh-Ville, dans un bâtiment Grade A. L’idée de KANOPÉA / T3 fut de faire 2 grands espaces ouverts (1400 m² au total) composés d’un lieu de travail confortable pour les ingénieurs IT ainsi qu’un bureau avec une identité forte et une ambiance « cool » comme beaucoup d’autres marques IT internationales : Google, airbnb, etc. Si l’agencement est très fonctionnel et efficace, les couleurs, les matières, les végétaux et les œuvres d’art apportent une touche pop et arty. L’approche architecturale bioclimatique est visible dans la conception des espaces ouverts, favorisant la lumière naturelle et la ventilation, tout en créant un environnement confortable pour les employés. Avec l’aide de nos amis artistes, nous avons su faire de ces bureaux un espace agréable pour travailler, mais aussi pour faire des pauses et renforcer l’esprit d’équipe, tout en intégrant des éléments d’ architecture bioclimatique.
